The Screwtape Letters

Yesterday some of my friends, and my wife and I went to see Max McLean perform in the production: The Screwtape Letters. The Screwtape Letters is a fictional book written by C.S. Lewis consisting of letters written by a high-ranking demon to his demon-in-training nephew. The idea sounds strange at first, but C.S. Lewis does a brilliant job at revealing the severity of our sin and challenging the way Christians think about spiritual warfare and the inner struggle between the regenerated soul and the flesh.

Max McLean, who is more popularly know for his audio Bible's, does an excellent job of portraying the uncle demon Screwtape. To learn more about this performance you can visit the productions website at: http://screwtapeonstage.com.
